How Drivver processes data for business accounts, authorised users and guest riders.

This Notice supplements our general Privacy Notice for organisations using a Drivver business account. It is a working draft pending Pakistan-qualified legal counsel's confirmation of our exact controller/processor position for business data.
1. Our role for business data
For information you provide to set up and run a Drivver business account, Drivver may act as an independent controller, a processor acting on your instructions, or both depending on the data and purpose — confirmed by counsel before publication. Where Drivver processes trip and billing data to operate the platform for your organisation, we describe that role clearly rather than assuming a single position applies to everything.
2. Authorised users
As a business administrator, you are responsible for authorising the employees or members who may use your business account, and for removing access when it is no longer needed. Authorised users' trip data connected to business travel may be visible to your organisation according to the roles and permissions you configure — personal trips do not become visible to your business merely because a person also has a business account.
3. Guest riders
If your business arranges a ride for a guest who does not hold a Drivver account, the guest should be informed that trip information (route, driver details, safety and support features) will be processed for that journey. Businesses arranging guest rides are responsible for giving guests this notice before the trip, unless Drivver provides it directly through the booking flow.
4. Role-based visibility
Business accounts can assign different roles (for example, administrator versus billing contact) with different levels of access to trip, spend and user data. Access is limited to what each role reasonably needs.
5. Retention
Business account and trip records are retained for as long as the business relationship continues, plus any period required for billing disputes, tax, audit or legal claims, consistent with our general Privacy Notice.
6. Your rights and ours
Individual authorised users retain the rights described in our general Privacy Notice regarding their own personal information. Questions about business data specifically can be sent through our Contact page.
