Community Guidelines

Respect moves everyone forward.

These standards apply to riders, driver-partners, fleet partners, employees and anyone using the Drivver platform. They are designed to support safe, respectful and reliable experiences.

Treat everyone with respect

No harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, sexual conduct or abusive language.

Help keep people safe

Follow traffic law, capacity limits, seat-belt and helmet requirements. No weapons or dangerous goods except legal, disclosed exceptions.

Protect privacy

No recording without permission, publishing personal information, or contacting someone after a trip for unrelated reasons.

Keep the platform honest

No fake accounts, manipulated trips, collusion, payment abuse, rating manipulation, document fraud or location spoofing.

Protect property

No theft, deliberate damage, unpermitted use or unreasonable mess.

Age and account use

Riders and drivers must meet approved age and account rules; accounts may not be lent or sold.

Enforcement

Education, warning, temporary restriction, investigation or permanent deactivation depending on severity, history and law — with a review path where appropriate.

Law enforcement

Drivver cooperates with valid legal process and emergency disclosure requirements under documented internal controls.
