Your safety matters behind the wheel and beyond it.
Prepare the vehicle, protect the account, confirm the right trip and use the correct incident route. Never continue a journey that cannot be completed legally and safely.
Before going online
Be fit to drive; check documents, fuel/charge, tyres, brakes, lights, seat belts/helmets, phone mount and emergency contacts. Never drive impaired, dangerously fatigued or distracted.
At pickup
Stop legally, review available request details, confirm the rider/trip using the approved process and avoid disclosing unnecessary personal information.
During
Follow traffic law and category limits; avoid handling your phone; only accept cash/payment through the approved record where required; end the ride safely if conditions become dangerous.
Collision
Stop where it's legal and safe, seek emergency help, exchange/report information as required, keep the trip record and any evidence, and notify Drivver/your insurer through the approved workflow.
Harassment or violence
Put your physical safety first, contact public emergency services if needed and report it through the protected incident route. Do not retaliate or share anyone's personal details publicly.
Account protection
Never share the driver account, OTP, password or active device session. Report loss, takeover, substitution or suspicious contact immediately.
Review: Urgent safety controls may temporarily restrict access. Drivver will give notice and a review/appeal route in line with policy and legal safety needs.
