How the value works
Five real journeys. One running total.
Eligibility
For new eligible rider accounts in approved cities/categories during the published offer period. One person may not create or control multiple accounts to receive repeat value.
Applied before confirmation
Where eligible, the app shows the discount and the amount payable before booking. A discount cannot exceed the eligible fare component for that ride.
When a ride does not count.
Cancelled, fraudulent, reversed, test, duplicate or otherwise ineligible trips do not consume or earn an offer use, except as the final terms state.
