Rider Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Drivver rider app and drivver.com.
Draft under legal review
This is a working draft prepared for Pakistan-qualified legal counsel to review, confirm and sign before it becomes binding. The legal entity name, effective date and governing-law details shown below are being finalised and will be confirmed at publication.
1. Contract and eligibility
These Rider Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Drivver rider application, drivver.com and related rider services (together, the "Platform") provided by Drivver ("we", "us"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms or using the Platform, you agree to the current version shown to you. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must meet the minimum age approved for your location and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you request a journey for another person, you confirm that you have authority to provide the information required and that the guest is informed of relevant terms, privacy and safety information. Additional rules may apply to minors, children and particular vehicle categories.
2. What Drivver provides
Drivver provides technology that enables users to request and arrange mobility services from eligible independent transport providers. Unless expressly stated in a city-specific schedule, Drivver does not itself provide the underlying transport service. Driver-partners are responsible for lawful and safe operation of their vehicles. Nothing in this description limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability is not guaranteed. A category, driver, estimated arrival, route, payment method or feature may be unavailable, interrupted or changed because of location, supply, network, safety, law, weather, events or operations.
3. Account
Provide accurate information, maintain one authorised account, protect your device and credentials and notify Drivver promptly of suspected compromise. Do not share OTPs, passwords or allow another person to impersonate you. You are responsible for activity reasonably attributable to your account, subject to applicable law and verified unauthorised-use claims.
4. Requests and journeys
Enter accurate pickup and destination information, choose an appropriate category, check the driver/vehicle match and comply with capacity, luggage, child, helmet, seat-belt, accessibility and prohibited-item rules. Do not request an unlawful or unsafe journey, ask a driver to violate traffic law, substitute an unapproved vehicle/driver or move the journey off-platform in a way that removes the official trip record.
You may cancel a request through the Platform. A cancellation charge may apply where disclosed under the applicable rule. A driver or Drivver may cancel or end a request for safety, mismatch, capacity, conduct, payment, unlawful request, operational or other legitimate reasons.
5. Price and payment
Before confirmation, the Platform will show the applicable price, estimate, rider proposal or method used for the journey. The final amount may include or change for approved reasons such as changed destination, additional stop, waiting, toll, parking, airport/zone fee, tax, cancellation, cleaning/damage or correction, as described in the Platform or current schedule. See Pricing Explained and Cancellations & Refunds for more detail.
Authorise Drivver and its approved payment providers to process the selected digital method, or pay cash where supported. You remain responsible for valid amounts, reversals, failed payments and chargebacks, subject to dispute rights. Receipts and recorded components will be made available through the approved channel. See Payments.
6. Conduct and safety
Follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law. No harassment, discrimination, violence, threats, sexual conduct, fraud, property damage, dangerous goods, unlawful weapons, privacy misuse or unsafe request. Drivver may provide reporting and safety tools but is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, contact public emergency services.
7. Ratings, reports and investigations
Riders and drivers may rate and report journeys. Feedback must be honest and not manipulated. Drivver may review account, trip, location, communication, payment and submitted evidence to address safety, fraud, service or legal matters in accordance with the Privacy Notice. False or malicious reports may violate these Terms.
8. Lost property
Report lost property through Drivver. Drivver may facilitate contact or return but does not guarantee recovery, hold ownership or accept liability beyond what law requires. Use contact details only for return of the item and follow the approved process.
9. Suspension and termination
Drivver may temporarily restrict, investigate, suspend or terminate access for safety, fraud, payment, legal, account, conduct or platform-integrity reasons. Urgent temporary action may occur before full review. Where appropriate and lawful, Drivver will provide a reason category and a route to submit information or request review. You may close your account subject to outstanding obligations and lawful retention.
10. Intellectual property and third parties
The Platform, software, brand, designs and content are owned by or licensed to Drivver. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with or misuse it except where law permits. Third-party maps, payments, telecom, links and services may have separate terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis and Drivver does not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability of a driver/category, exact arrival/route or conduct outside its lawful control. Nothing excludes liability, consumer protection, remedy or duty that cannot lawfully be excluded. The exact limitation, exclusion and indemnity wording for Pakistan will be confirmed by legal counsel before this document is finalised.
12. Complaints, changes and law
Submit complaints through our Contact page. Drivver will issue a reference and apply the published process. These Terms may change for law, safety, product or operational reasons. Material changes will be notified as required, and the version/effective date will be shown. Governing law and jurisdiction will be confirmed by legal counsel and published here before this document is finalised.
