What to expect if you cancel a trip, or if a charge looks wrong.
The app will show whether a cancellation charge may apply before you confirm the cancellation, if this feature is available. Charges may depend on timing, driver arrival/progress, waiting and city/category rules.
If you believe a charge or payment is incorrect, report it against the trip. Drivver will review the available trip, location, communication and payment records. Any refund or adjustment will be made according to the applicable terms, payment method and provider processing time. This does not affect your legal consumer rights.
