A secure, legal route for authorities.
How verified officials may submit emergency and non-emergency legal requests to Drivver, and what verification is required.
Who may use this channel: Verified officials acting with legal authority. Members of the public, private investigators and ordinary litigants should use our general Contact page or applicable legal process instead.
Non-emergency requests
Include your agency identity and contact details from an official domain, your authority and jurisdiction, the applicable legal instrument, the relevant account/trip identifiers, a precise scope and date range, the purpose, any preservation need, and a return channel.
Emergency requests
Where there is a genuine imminent risk to life or serious injury, describe the facts establishing the emergency, the data and timeframe needed, and an official supervisor contact. Formal legal process may still be required afterward.
Verification and scope
We authenticate the requesting official and their authority, reject informal personal email or phone demands, may ask for a narrower or clearer request, and only disclose the legal, responsive data.
Preservation
We may preserve relevant data for a limited time on a valid request. Preservation does not itself guarantee disclosure, which requires appropriate legal process or renewal.
User notice
Where legal and not prohibited or unsafe, we aim to notify the affected user before or after disclosure, consistent with our policy.
Cross-border requests
A request originating outside Pakistan generally requires an appropriate mutual legal assistance process or other recognised legal channel — not an informal bypass.
