Marketplace Standards
How quality and safety decisions are made.
How Drivver uses service standards, reports, ratings, fraud review, account restrictions and appeals to support marketplace integrity.
Information considered
Account and eligibility status; trip records; reports; rating patterns; document status; payment, referral and promotion events; device/location fraud signals; legal authority information; and evidence submitted by any party.
Decision types.
Urgent action: Drivver may temporarily restrict access before full review where a credible safety, fraud, legal or account-security risk requires immediate control.
Notice and reasons
Where possible, we provide the decision, effective time, an understandable reason category, the relevant policy, an opportunity to provide evidence and a review deadline — except where law, safety or an active investigation limits disclosure.
Human review
A qualified reviewer — not relying solely on automated output — considers the relevant evidence, consistency, risk and policy, and documents the outcome and reasoning category.
How to appeal.
Submit a verified request with your decision reference, your grounds for appeal and any supporting evidence. We aim to respond within the published response time and provide a final or escalation path if there is one.
We use automated signals to assist detection but do not publish detection thresholds, and provide human review where policy or law requires it.
