1. Eligible completed ride
A ride is eligible for the token charge only where it is a valid booking, matched to the correct driver account and vehicle, and completed according to the app record. A cancelled, reversed, test, duplicate or fraudulent trip is not an eligible completed ride, except as this schedule or a documented correction states.
2. When no token applies
No token is charged for a rider, driver or platform cancellation before completion; a genuine no-show; a duplicate booking record; a trip under active fraud review; a support-confirmed correction; a failed payment that prevents completion; or a trip later reversed for a documented reason.
3. Collection and settlement
For a cash fare, the driver collects payment directly from the rider and the applicable token is deducted from the driver's Drivver balance or wallet. For a digital fare, Drivver or its approved payment provider collects the fare and settles the net amount, after the applicable token and any disclosed items, to the driver's registered settlement account. A negative wallet balance may be recovered from future settlements according to the accepted schedule. Settlement timing, minimum payout and statement format are shown in the driver experience.
4. Separate amounts
Applicable taxes, statutory withholding, approved payment-processing charges or other regulatory items may apply only where lawful, itemised and disclosed in the driver's statement. This schedule does not authorise an undisclosed deduction.
5. Credits and promotions
A free-token credit (for example, from the Driver Referral programme) is applied to future eligible category tokens in the order Drivver's system determines, expires according to the applicable programme terms, and is not cash, transferable or interest-bearing. Drivver may reverse a credit obtained through an ineligible or fraudulent event.
6. Disputes and corrections
A driver may dispute a statement entry within the window shown in the driver experience by providing the relevant trip reference and evidence. Drivver will investigate, provide a case reference and correct or reverse an entry found to be in error, subject to applicable law.
7. Changes to this schedule
Drivver will give notice through the driver experience and, where required by the Driver-Partner Agreement, obtain acceptance before a new schedule becomes effective. A city or category may operate under a different schedule where separately disclosed. Drivver does not apply a schedule change retroactively except to correct a documented error or address fraud.
