Driver Referral Terms.
Terms for the driver referral programme: three free tokens for each eligible referred rider's first eligible completed ride.

1. Participants
This programme is between one verified referring driver and one eligible new rider. Only one code attribution is credited per rider. Account and geographic eligibility rules from the Driver-Partner Agreement apply.
2. Required sequence
The driver's personal code must be available in the driver app; the rider must enter it correctly by the applicable deadline; the rider's first eligible completed ride must then occur; and the referral must pass Drivver's fraud and quality checks before the reward is credited.
3. Reward
Three free tokens are applied to the driver's future eligible category tokens under the current Driver Commercial Schedule. Tokens are not cash, fare, transferable, withdrawable, interest-bearing or a guarantee of future work.
4. Exclusions
Self-referral, household/device/payment/identity duplication, test/cancelled/reversed/manipulated trips, code resale, public spam, collusion, or illegal or unsafe conduct will disqualify a referral from reward.
5. Attribution and privacy
The referred rider sees only the code/benefit notice. The referring driver receives a masked reference confirming programme status only — not the rider's trip, location or contact details.
6. Hold and reversal
Drivver may hold or reverse a reward where an error, trip reversal, abuse investigation or ineligibility is identified, with a notice and reason in the driver ledger and a review route where appropriate.
7. Optional second reward
Any additional reward (for example, a further three tokens after a third eligible ride within 30 days) is not part of the standard public programme unless a separately approved and published version expressly activates it.
8. Changes and termination
Drivver may pause or end this programme at any time. Drivver will honour rewards already validly accrued at that time. Material changes will be published here with notice.
