Fleet Terms.
Terms for fleet authority, vehicle and driver eligibility, account controls, fixed tokens, settlements and compliance.
Draft under legal review
This is a working draft prepared for Pakistan-qualified legal counsel to confirm before it becomes binding. These terms supplement our general Driver-Partner Agreement.
1. Authority and ownership
A fleet partner must be the legal entity or beneficial owner with lawful authority over its vehicles and administrators, and must not misrepresent its ownership or subcontract vehicle operation without Drivver's approval.
2. Vehicle and driver mapping
The fleet must maintain accurate, unique vehicle and driver records, track document expiry and inspection status, control driver substitution and comply with city/category eligibility restrictions.
3. Commercial and settlement
Unless a signed schedule lawfully varies it, the current fixed-token model applies — Rs.20 car, Rs.15 rickshaw, Rs.10 bike per eligible completed ride under the Driver Commercial Schedule. The fleet is responsible for fare collection, token settlement, its registered settlement account, applicable tax and resolving statement disputes.
4. Operations and safety
The fleet must ensure vehicle maintenance, required equipment, valid insurance and permits, driver training, safe conduct, incident cooperation and respect for rider property.
5. Access and data
Fleet administrator roles receive access appropriate to their function. Drivers must be notified of and authorise applicable data processing. Drivver and the fleet will apply appropriate security, audit logging, retention and breach-response practices.
6. Fraud and audit
Ghost drivers, unauthorised vehicle or account substitution, collusive trips, promotion or referral abuse, location spoofing and document fraud are prohibited. Drivver may audit fleet records and investigate suspected fraud.
7. Account action and exit
Drivver may restrict a vehicle, driver or the fleet account for safety, fraud or compliance reasons, with notice and review where appropriate. On termination, outstanding balances are settled and data is exported or retained according to applicable law and this agreement.
